HOW DO I PLACE AN ODER?

To place a wholesale order, please shop using our online shopping cart or email us directly at info@shoptash.com. All Summer 2023 purchase orders will no longer be accepted after February 15th, 2023. All Items for Summer 2023 orders have a planned ship-out date of April 15, 2023.

 

HOW DO I CHECK OUT?

To check-out, you can use our online shopping cart. If you order via email or phone, an invoice will be sent to you to pay up-front for your order. We do not accept any other payment terms at this time.

 

I'M NOT A BUSINESS, WHY CAN'T I BUY?

We are a business-to-business marketplace that sells directly to retailers across the country. Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer direct-to-consumer purchases. Please view our store-locator to see where you can shop TASH closest to you.

 

SHIPPING

All shipments are sent out via UPS Ground Services. Please note your tracking number for estimated deliveries. If you are having issues with your shipment, please contact info@shoptash.com.

We are true to size! Please reference our sizing chart and model details to better understand our sizing.

 

WHERE ARE YOUR ITEMS DESIGNED AND MANUFACTURED?

TASH is based 30 miles from Boston, MA. All designs are made in-house and manufactured in NYC, NY.

 

RESTOCKS AND FILLER ORDERS

We are currently not offering any restock and filler orders for our wholesale partners. Please contact info@shoptash.com with any questions regarding restock orders.

 

RETURNS

**Return Shipping is at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable.

Full Priced Items: Can be returned for a full refund or store credit within one week of recieval.
Final Sale and Sample Items: Cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, unless the item received is faulty or your order was fulfilled incorrectly.
Promotional Items: Full priced items purchased during a sale or using an applied or automatic discount code (eg. Black Friday/Boxing Day) can be returned for a Store Credit only

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY SWIMSUIT?

Our swimwear is best hand-washed or machine washed at cold temperatures. Hang dry in shaded area. Do not tumble-dry, bleach, or iron.
